УВОД Интересът на българските зоолози към зоогеографията, и респективно към биогеографията като цяло в България, нараства чувствително. Тази тенденция се изразява с увеличаващия се брой публикации през последните десетилетия, третиращи зоогеографски въпроси. Отнася се както за работи, посветени изцяло на биогеографски (в това число и на зоогеографски) проблеми, така и за трудове, третиращи основно или частично зоогеографията на отделни таксономични групи животни в страната. Множеството натрупали се публикации в тази област налага изготвяне на пълна библиография, която да подреди известното и по този начин да подпомогне зоолозите в усилията им да продължат зоогеографското проучване на България. Предлаганата тук работа поставя начало на специализирана библиография по зоогеография на България. Тя е разделена на две части: I. Общи публикации по зоогеография (биогеография) на България, и II. Публикации с данни по зоогеография на отделни таксономични групи в страната. От друга страна всяка от тези части е съставена от заглавия на кирилица, отделно от заглавия на латиница. Заглавията и източниците на кирилица са преведени на английски език (или са изписани заглавията на резюметата на английски,


немски или френски език) и поставени в квадратни скоби, което ще направи библиографията достъпна за ползване и в чужбина. С две кръстчета са заменени авторските имена на капитални колективни академични издания. С две звездички са отбелязани пасажи, третиращи зоогеографски въпроси в цитирани в библиографията работи. Библиографията ще бъде издавана на свитъци за осигуряване на допълване с нови или пропуснати заглавия. Изразяваме надежда и предварителна благодарност на всички колеги, които биха били любезни да отправят критични бележки към настоящата работа и да ни снабдяват с новопубликувани данни по темата в бъдеще.

INTRODUCTION The interest of the Bulgarian zoologists to zoogeography and, correspondingly, to biogeography as a whole, increases considerably. That trend finds expression in the growth of the number of publicatons during the recent decades, treating zoogeographical matters (general zoogeographic or biogeographic works or publications on the zoogeography of separate taxonomic groups of animals in the country). The great number of publications in that area requires the formulation of a complete bibliography. It would help zoologists in their further investigations on the zoogeography of Bulgaria. This work initiates a specialized bibliography of zoogeography in Bulgaria. It is divided in two parts: I. General publications on zoogeography (and biogeography with zoogeographical data) in Bulgaria, and II. Publications with zoogeographical data about separate taxonomic groups of animals in the country. Each part consists of titles only in Cyrillic and in Latin alphabet. The titles and the literature sources are translated into English (or the titles of the summaries are given in English, German or French) and put in square brackets. The latter would make the bibliography useble abroad too. Couples of crosses replace the authors’ names of capital collective


academical editions. Couples of asteriscs mark passages treating zoogeographical subjects in the publications cited. The bibliography will be published in scrolls as to be ensured additions in the future. We express our hope and our preliminary gratitude to all the colleagues, who would be kind to offer critical notes to the present work, and who would supply us with published news on the subject in the future.
