Bound Eternally Dawn Montgomery The Master of the Hunt has sprung his trap. They’ve avoided the worst, or so they think, until betrayal rears its head. Elena must choose to keep her humanity or release it. Each decision is life or death. She must stop the monster before he kills again. Death is on his heels, and Drake must make the ultimate choice. As the pieces fall into place, his heart and soul are on the line. When they messed with Elena, they made the wrong choice. You see, when a demon bonds, it’s eternally.
Dedication To Kim. You know why.
Chapter One Hunter let his gaze wander over the Dallas skyline. His slim index finger flicked the corner of the playing card he’d taken from Elena. Drake owned the city. A soft whimper behind him drew his attention to the huddling figure in the curtain’s shadows. A quick brush of his mind against the lowborn demon’s told him she was no more. He dismissed the trembling figure and focused once again on the setting sun. His lack of interest in purification bothered him. Nothing brought him pleasure since he’d had her in his grasp. Elena. Daughter of Amber, loving human. Drake had taken her from under his nose. How, he didn’t know. The bastard had stolen everything from him. A red haze of rage filled his vision. Murderer of his father. Drake deserved worse than death. He didn’t realize he’d clenched his fists until pain pricked his palms from his talons. Hunter inhaled slowly, bringing in the acrid stench of demon terror. He was Master here. The hunt was his domain and soon Dallas would follow. A growl of pleasure rumbled from deep within his chest and he grinned at the low born, letting the low born see the full expression of a Master of the Hunt. Holder of the Hellhounds. Her mouth opened in a wordless scream. Dingy yellow eyes dilated and he could no longer hear the beat of her heart. Hunter sighed and drew his inner demon under control. “Well, that was a bit of a let down.” He straightened his sleeves and rolled his neck. “All that torture and it took her one little scare to die.” He sighed and strolled from the room, mentally calling to his Hellhounds to feast on her soul until nothing remained. He couldn’t bring himself to even snack on such a poor meal. His cheek still ached from the claws of that blonde bitch he had killed less than a week ago. The power of his office should have healed the marks, but they still oozed blood. Nothing was working out to his specifications and it was starting to piss him off.

*** The demons had come. Relax, Elena. None would dare harm you. Drake’s slow drawl in her mind did little to calm her already frayed nerves. Elena lay between Drake and the demon congregation who’d formed in his formal receiving chamber. Thirteen demons from the metroplex. Every one of them had known her mother. She closed her eyes against the pain and pulled her emotions tight. This was ridiculous. She felt the bunch of his thigh muscles under her cheek. I don’t enjoy lying on display. She glanced at him from beneath her eyelashes and shifted to cover more of her body with the soft silk scraps he called clothes. He ran a fingertip down her back and she shuddered beneath his touch, her cheeks burning in embarrassment. I’m a demon of lust, High Born, my dear. This is protocol. I have my bond mate on display. You are cherished, so you share the throne, so to speak, with me. She could feel his amusement at her situation. I’m lying on my stomach with all my assets on view. “Not all of them, love.” His soft rumble next to her ear sent shivers of longing down her back. She closed her thighs, hoping to keep the others from seeing the evidence of her lust. Shadows formed in a tight sphere. The surrounding demon-kin moved away. Elena felt irritation flicker through Drake’s mind before he could control it. “Why are we here, High Born?” The shadows released a man with enough sex appeal to drown a succubus. Dark brown hair flowed loosely to his shoulders. His strong jaw was clenched in arrogance. A body carved by a god and caressed by a goddess. His averted glare gave Elena a chill. Something about the guy terrified her on a deeper level. He can read your emotions, Elena. Elena slammed her shields up but not before the new arrival’s full lips lifted in a smirk.

“Dramatic as always, pup.” Drake’s drawl had an edge that chilled Elena. She could feel his whipcord tension through his thigh. Their bond was quiet since their shields were so tight. The new arrival raised his eyes and chuckled before averting his eyes again. He clenched his fists and sighed. “Have you found my father’s murderer, yet, High Born?” Elena stilled along with the rest of the room. Drake stopped caressing her back, letting his hand rest on her shoulder blade. All the demon-kin waited. “As you’re upset, I’ll allow your outburst. I’ve found your murderer, Alessan.” A murmur flowed through the crowd. “I’ve found the murderer for all the High Born who’ve lost their lives in the past month.” “And what of those who aren’t High Born?” a figure who leaned nonchalantly against the wall called quietly. A rumble of agreement spread through the group and Elena’s hair stood on end. “What of us, low-brow demons? Have you found our murderer?” “Ye kill yerselves off all the time, half-breed, whadda we care fer yer troubles?” a giant of a demon bellowed from his seat below Drake. The resulting roar of fury pelted her ears from the crowd. Alessan and the outspoken demon against the wall stared at her lover. Elena tensed, her claws lengthening. She could feel the burn of her mark. No one would hurt Drake. Never again. “Enough!” Drake’s voice rose above the crowd. He ran his hand down her back, loosening the coiled tension within her gut. “Malachi asked a fair question.” The crowd hushed. “Is it human?” Alessan asked quietly. Elena closed her eyes in irritation. Of course they’d blame humans. “He’s demon born.” Drake held up a hand when Alessan opened his mouth to speak. “I need you, Alessan, and Malachi to remain with me. For all others, know this, a war is upon us.” Drake’s voice boomed through the chamber, echoing off the walls.

“We will end this in three days’ time. Until then, maintain your positions and keep your wits. I don’t need to remind you all what happens when the humans begin to fear us.” Elena closed her eyes and sighed. No, he didn’t need to remind them. They were still in the Bible belt and religion was a terrible thing in the hands of zealots. “Be prepared. You’ll receive guidance via Blake.” His voice rang with authority and one by one they took their leave, all furious at being told nothing, yet none powerful enough to go against Drake. If he didn’t keep control, the city would fall into hell and demons would lose their place among the other races. No one would be safe: fae, demon, human. They’d kill themselves outright, just like before. Elena thought of her mother and the ultimate sacrifice she’d made. The bitter, angry woman had made the choice to end the war and bring peace. And now the Hunter or Master, whatever he called himself, was going to destroy it all. The emotions of the remaining two became palpable. Elena could taste Alessan’s fury. Malachi gave no other emotion but the copper flavor of fear. She indulged in a tiny taste then drew back. Drake caressed her neck, opening their bond just a bit. She could feel him analyzing the emotions she’d picked up. His fury is interesting. No expression mars his perfect face. Drake’s sigh did little to comfort her. “What do you need of me?” Alessan’s question rumbled from the center of the room. “I need to know the weaknesses of the Master of the Hunt.” Alessan’s light tan turned noticeably paler. Malachi let out a harsh laugh. He shook his dark head and let the laugh become a chuckle. “You never do anything halfway, do you, High Born?” Drake traced an intricate pattern on Elena’s skin, burning a path with each touch. “Do you know who this is?”

Alessan blinked slowly and nodded. “She is daughter of Amber. Amber was the half demon consort to the previous High Born ruler of this region.” His voice was tight with emotion. He didn’t have to say who the previous demon was. His name was no longer spoken. Elena could still remember the horrific rampage of blood and death the bastard had taken. She remembered vividly the pain of the city, the sorrow of the fae, and the hatred of the demon-kin. Her mother’s resolve had not wavered. Seduced, betrayed, and made a consort to the High Born, her mother’s choice had saved them all. Drake continued his pattern and Elena could feel power draw through her skin. “What else do you know?” “Amber killed her consort. The Hunt killed her for her sins against demon-kin and you were appointed regional High Born.” Elena bit back her surprise. You didn’t know? Drake’s question was flavored with shock. I thought the demon had killed her. Why would the Hunt? She committed the ultimate crime, sweet. Murdered her bond mate. Elena shuddered in horror at the thought of being the bonded servant to that vicious bastard. “What happened after the Hunt?” Drake stopped his tracing and power hummed across her back. Tension in the room shifted to a deafening silence. Alessan clenched his fists and shook with fury, his face contorting to beautiful rage. His anger was breathtaking. Power crackled around his skin, threatening to overflow. Elena didn’t dare move. She barely breathed. Malachi shrank away from Alessan, inching toward the exit. She didn’t blame him. Drake’s tension was less noticeable. The muscles in his thigh bunched under her cheek, the fingertip touching her back trembled just a bit. They both knew a fight was impossible. Drake was still recovering from whatever the hell they’d done to him when she’d been taken. Blake was weak from his brush with the Hunt. Hell, she was still

coming to terms with the intermittent loss of her new power. What if she couldn’t shift and Drake died? Her heart squeezed painfully. “Control is the Master’s fist, Alessan.” Blake spoke from behind them. His voice was distorted, like he was speaking through a mouthful of something. That would be teeth, sweet. His amusement was unsettling. Her mind spun. Blake didn’t sound normal. What kind of teeth? Blake walked past them, his body shifting to white fur, his eyes turning to blue fire. Steady hands slipped off his shirt; his pants followed and Elena was very impressed with the twin’s girth. Blake shot her a pointed gaze and continued down the stairs. He fell to all fours and stepped between them and Alessan, his body shifted to a hound the size of a small Camry. Drake snorted his amusement through their bond. Okay, maybe not that big, but he was huge. Alessan stared at Blake with shock. “Emotion weakens the armor.” Death is the punishment for betrayal. Blake’s mind thought echoed in Elena’s head with enough power to give her a tiny headache at the base of her skull. It sounded like a code of honor or something. “Why do you have a Hellhound in your service?” Alessan didn’t take his eyes from Blake’s corded strength. “How?” “Those are questions for another day.” Drake returned to tracing a pattern on Elena’s back, the welcoming surge of power like a pleasant hum in the back of her mind. The pain from her headache lessened and she smiled. “I asked you a question, I believe.” Alessan nodded slowly. “After the Hunt, the Master was murdered.” “And replaced,” Malachi spoke quietly. “Yes and replaced,” Alessan gritted through his teeth. “I want my father’s murderer.” Blake lowered his body to the floor, his muzzle resting lightly on his paws. Elena could tell by the bunching of his muscles he could spring at any moment.

“So you can take his place?” Alessan closed his eyes and nodded with a jerk of his head. “I have trained for this my entire lifetime, Drake. It should have been me.” The lines of power Drake traced through her skin converged on the final tap of his fingertip and Elena’s body tingled. What the hell had he done now? Elena rose from her prone position, careful to keep some decency, and settled back against the cushion. Drake’s arm slid around her waist, interlocking their fingers together in a hold that comforted her. “Let me get this straight. You were supposed to kill your father, but this other guy did it instead?” She couldn’t hide the disgust in her thoughts or voice. The tingle spread throughout her muscles. “What does the Hunt do, anyway? Why is it so important?” Alessan’s eyes widened. “The Hunt drags those who commit crimes against our demon law to Hell.” “Demon law?” She snorted in disbelief. “Do you think we allow our demon-kin free rein over your world? What would happen, consort, if your High Born was allowed to release his lust over the city, the country? His power would rise to unstoppable limits and the humans around you would be a piling mass of orgy.” Elena could picture it. Hell, she’d watched it in Abandon. That kind of lust over the city would be horrific. “Luckily, I have no interest in taking over the country by orgy,” Drake added with wry amusement. “So the Hunt stops those who violate your law, brings them to justice.” “In Hell,” Malachi interjected. “In Hell and then everything’s all better?” Anger boiled under the surface. She remembered the pain and suffering her mother had gone through. Nights of agony and torture. All she could do was watch, and listen to her mother’s advice. Drake’s comfort through their bond did little to help. She clenched her fists. “Then why did my mother

have to die? He created the chaos, destroyed lives and murdered at will. Why didn’t the Hunt do anything then? Why did they come after her?” Alessan’s snarl was cut off by Malachi clearing his throat. “The consort is new to our world so I will be happy to fill her in.” He gave a sketchy bow and smiled. “When a High Born is involved it gets complicated. The death of a High demon will send the region into chaos until a new leader emerges. Unfortunately, the demon-kin resort to their barbaric roots during such an instance. Do you know what would happen if Hell had to get involved? None of the demon-kin in the region would survive for being unable to maintain the law of peace.” Drake shuddered and Alessan mirrored it. “To answer your first question, the Master of the Hunt is only replaced by the one who murders him. Since the identity of the Master is a mark against his life, his name is unknown. Alessan’s lineage had maintained the Hunt for centuries. Until recently.” “How do you know this?” Alessan’s question was filled with dark threat. “Malachi knows many things he shouldn’t.” Drake smiled. Malachi nodded. Elena could see the wobble of his Adam’s apple. His eyes widened. “You’re not serious? It’s the Master? The murderer of our people is the Master of the Hunt?” “Blake knows the pack. He tasted the power of the Master.” Blake raised his furry head and woofed quietly. “He’s insane.” Malachi’s voice trembled. “The scales are tipped too far to see the outcome. This changes everything.” Malachi tugged at his chin. Throughout, Alessan stood like a statue, no expression, no emotion. “Why didn’t you release the name to the others?” Drake flicked his hand in dismissal. “I have no interest in a bloodbath.” He leaned against Elena’s shoulder, his sensual lips brushing against her bare skin. “Besides” -- his tongue flicked against her -- “I’ve never been good at following another’s orders.”

I’ll have to remember that. Elena tugged playfully at their bond.
You should.
“Who is he?” Alessan demanded, taking a step toward Drake.
Blake’s hackles rose and a whip of power lashed from his body in defense.
“Be patient.” Drake’s gaze slid to Malachi. “What news do you have?”
Malachi crossed his arms. “You’re not going to like it.”
“Malachi.” The underlying menace in that one word froze Elena in place.
“Of course.” Malachi trembled and glanced at Alessan. “There is no sign of your
daughter in Dallas, nor is she dead.” He placed a long slim finger on the side of his nose and tapped it. With a devilish twinkle in his eye his gaze oozed over her like oil. “Rumor has it your Elena was struck by a succubus in a parking lot outside of Chico’s.” Elena winced in memory. Why was he changing the subject? She opened her mouth. Say nothing. He never gives information without cause. Elena closed her eyes. How do we know we can trust him? We can’t. That’s why you must remain silent. Drake nodded. “That is true.” “Two nights later another two were attacked. This time, a fire sprite and a human female were the victims.” “Erik?” Elena whispered. Her flare partner? Charmer. That night he’d been distracted, worried about her. Malachi shrugged his shoulders. “What do I care about names? A sprite is a sprite. What matters is the succubus is no longer a problem.” Malachi smiled, waiting. “Why is she no longer a problem?” Elena asked, quietly. She ignored the hiss of irritation Drake pressed against her skin. His lips twisted into a semblance of a smirk. “She’s to stand trial for the attempted murder of the sprite, and no one escapes the Seelie court.” “Anything else?”

“Nothing.”
“I’ll see you soon.”
Malachi arched an eyebrow and grinned. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.” He
turned on his heel and strolled to the door, slid it open just enough to slip through, and let it shut behind him. He’s an odd duck. You don’t know the half of it, sweet. Alessan glanced from Blake’s seemingly resting position to Drake’s artful display. “What happens now?” “Now?” Drake rose, pulling Elena with him. “We prepare our hunt. I trust you’ll make yourself comfortable here.” He raised his hand and Blake rose from his stance, his tail wagging just enough to let Elena know he was happy with the way things were going. “I gather leaving the grounds is frowned on…” Alessan’s voice trailed off. Drake pulled Elena to his side and Blake stood proud in front of them. She supposed they made an interesting sight, her half naked with the craziest demon she’d ever met and his Hellhound guardian. “We have much to discuss, Alessan. Your death would greatly hinder my plans.”
Elena heard the finality of his threat ring through their bond.
Alessan’s lips lifted in a half grin. “Understood.”
Elena had no doubt Alessan would have killed Drake at that moment if he’d
stood a chance. Drake swept them away to his bedroom and collapsed in his pillows. Exhaustion had him shaking.
Chapter Two
Elena picked up a pillow and slapped Drake across the head. “What the hell were you thinking, using your power like that? You. Haven’t. Recovered. Yet.” She punctuated each word with a hit of the pillow. Drake held up his hands in mock defense and devilish humor lit his eyes to lavender. It disarmed her to see him so carefree. She dropped the pillow and jumped in his arms. His body shook with silent laughter. She tucked her head under his chin and tried not to hit him again.
He twirled one of her curls around his finger and sighed.
“What’s our timeline?” Blake’s question jerked her out of the nice moment. She
looked at the blond twin in shock. When had he shifted? She admired his sculpted chest and forced her eyes to ignore the tasty morsel she’d seen earlier. “It doesn’t take him long to change back. For Blake, it’s effortless.” Drake kissed her forehead and continued playing with her hair. “We have less than twenty-four hours.” Her heart pounded a rhythm of panic. Elena hissed through her teeth. “So little time? I thought you said three days.” Blake grinned and crossed his arms. “We have less than a full day to find the Master of the Hunt, infiltrate his defenses, slay his Hellhounds and destroy his soul?” “Yes.” His grin widened. “And are there any other stipulations?” “Alessan kills the Master.”

Elena closed her eyes, willing her irritation at their humor to settle down. “Anything else?” She meant it to come out sarcastic. Instead it sounded bitter and angry. Drake pulled back and tucked a finger under her chin. She raised her gaze to his. “None of us had better die.” His lips brushed hers with the merest caress. “Sir.” Blake’s interjection seemed more apologetic than she’d expected. Drake looked at him. “She won’t survive a feeding and the fight.” Blake nodded at Elena. “What’s that supposed to mean?” she snapped in instant fury. Blake slipped onto the edge of the bed and crawled toward them. Elena’s heart lodged in her throat. What the fuck? “What are you offering, Blake?” She could taste Drake’s lust. It mirrored her own, but she couldn’t trust herself to speak. “I offer my blood. Nothing more.” Blake’s voice shook and Elena couldn’t take her eyes off his muscled perfection. Emotion showed in the twitch of his eyebrow and the murky depths of his suddenly dark eyes. Elena took slow shallow breaths to try and calm her jumpy nerves. The pattern Drake had drawn on her back started to hum again. “What does that mean?” “Taking blood from Blake does not weaken him physically, but it makes the bond to me stronger. He is offering his blood, and part of his soul.” “Why would he do that?” “That’s a good question, sweet.” Drake looked Blake full in the face and smiled. “Why would you do that?” Blake swallowed and narrowed his eyes. “To repay a debt.” Drake blinked. “Do you think it could be so easy? Leaving my service?” Blake averted his gaze. “I’m not interested in leaving your service, sir. Not now. But when I’m ready, I want to be able to do so on my terms.” She couldn’t read any emotion from Drake. “So be it,” Drake whispered. He grabbed Blake by the back of his head and pulled him forward, forehead to forehead.

“I’ll give you back your soul upon the death of this abomination, but know that betrayal of my house will sentence you to eternity in the hell of my choosing. Do you understand?” Blake visibly paled and spoke quietly. “Of course, sir.” Drake whispered something and Blake cried out, jerking from his touch. On his forehead burned a symbol. Her mark ignited, burning like fire, and she hissed, clenching a fist over it. What the hell had he done? Lust whipped through her body like a tornado, working into a frenzy. Her mark flared. She slid up Drake’s body, pressing the silk ties of her garment between their skin, loving the way it caressed her. Drake’s fingertips slid up her sides and drew on the pattern he’d traced on her back. What did you do? His lips met hers in a swift conquering wave of heat. She closed her eyes and met his tongue, tasting and needing his touch. His lust wrapped around her and she tasted freely. She raked her fingernails down his back and swallowed his resulting moan. He wrapped his fingers in her hair and tugged her head back. His lips followed the line of her chin to the delicate skin beneath her earlobe. Her breath came in soft gasps and he chuckled, scraping his teeth against her neck. Stark need clenched her pussy, making it tingle with expectation. He nibbled down the arch of her throat, his fanged teeth nicking her skin. I can smell your pussy, sweet. Drenched for me. Wanting me. Elena groaned, crushing her heavy breasts against his body. “Did you forget about me?” Blake’s question jarred her. He pressed his naked body against her back, the thick ridge of his large cock pressed between them. Her lust reached for his, teasing him, drawing him into their web of heat. Drake licked one of the small wounds with his tongue. “You can only touch her, no sex. That was your stipulation, remember?”

Elena laughed at the sudden frustration emanating from the twin. She’d been there. Drake could be a real bastard at times. Blake growled and dragged his fingertips up her back. Elena cried out in sheer ecstasy. I’ve made you a conduit, love. In order for me to regenerate faster, I needed your body to conduct his lust through. I knew he wouldn’t let me use his body, but if he focuses on you… Drake brought a hand to the folds of her pussy. She opened easily and groaned at the penetration of his thick digit. His fingers rotated in her channel, finding the spot that always put her on the edge. Blake ground against her back, tracing the pattern Drake had drawn. How can he see it? They are visible to those with sight. He’s a Hellhound, sweet. It’s in his nature. She groaned, impatient, and he chuckled against her fevered skin. I need you hot and fast. We’ll need our strength for the coming fight. Elena moaned, opening wider for his thrusting fingers. His thumb brushed her clit and she sighed. I like that, sweet. He chuckled. I know. His thumb pressed against the tender nub and she groaned, bucking against his still thrusting fingers. Precum dripped from his cock and she licked her lips. She ran her fingertips over the thick mushroomed head and swirled the precum around, bringing it to her lips for a little taste. You taste fantastic. He pulled his fingers from her pussy and slipped them between his hot lips. “You taste delicious.” He licked them one by one. She moaned and took his lips in a hot kiss, tasting and sipping from his mouth. His tongue teased hers. She whimpered, needing more. He moved between her thighs and slid the thick head of his cock to her slit. She kissed him, taking his lip between her teeth and nipping. He brought her thighs over his and Blake pushed against them, sandwiching her between two hot and heavy men. She inhaled their rich scents and hummed low in her throat.

His cock slid in, stretching her wide, and she rolled her head to Blake’s shoulder. He brushed his smooth cheek against hers. Drake pushed more and she smiled in pleasure. Are you ready?
Elena grinned. Fuck me, dammit.
Drake slammed hard into her slick heat, drawing a gasp from her lips. He
pounded deep, the sweet friction of their position tingling all the way up her spine. Blake’s shallow gasps in her ear were like a melody of lust. Her body welcomed it, accepted it, and shoved all its energy into the mark on her back. It burned and felt like heaven at the same time. Drake rotated his hips and hit the perfect spot to have her toes curl. She clenched him with her inner muscles and he adjusted again, driving her higher until she thought she’d break. Drake placed a fingertip over her clit and flicked it, sending her over the edge. “Now,” he cried in a hoarse voice. Blake pushed forward, slamming Elena against Drake’s chest. She opened her mouth and bit Drake’s shoulder, tasting his skin between her teeth. No blood, not this time. Blake moaned in her ear. She tugged on Drake’s skin and glanced at the two men. Drake had the twin’s shoulder in a hard bite, blood trickling down from the wound. Blake’s forehead glowed ice blue and his eyes rolled in the back of his head. Drake tore himself away and he sighed. Blake’s thick shaft still pulsed against her back but he pulled away as well. Drake cut a small slit in his palm and the twin drank from it with soft swipes of his tongue. Without another word he crawled from the bed. His cock stood hard and proud. She felt like a bitch.
It was his choice to remain this way, sweet. He brushed his lips against hers and
smiled. “I have to go talk with Alessan. We don’t have much time.” Blake hesitated at the door. “Daniel would really like to see you.” Elena stuttered, “M-me? After what I did…”

Blake glanced at Drake and shook his head. “You remind me a lot of someone I used to know.” With that, he was gone. Drake touched her back and hesitated. “What is it?” “You shouldn’t go.” Drake touched her cheek. “I can’t stand the thought of losing you.” “He has to be stopped. How long will it be before he attacks humans? Before he destroys more lives?” She shrugged her shoulder. “I might only be a bartender, but some part of me is still human. Letting him kill again… I can help you.” Drake held her close and sighed. “I do trust you. I may only be a demon, but I have a soul too. We just follow different rules than humans do.” She rested against his chest and touched his body with her empathy. His aches were almost gone and his essence seemed to be almost full strength. Maybe he didn’t need her to fight. “Go see Daniel, sweet. I have to meet with Alessan.”
Chapter Three Elena let her feet carry her to Daniel’s quarters. Since the attack, she’d avoided him, afraid to see his disgust. The long walk through plush carpet reminded her of the first walk through Abandon and meeting with Drake. Was it only a week ago? She paused at the door to his room and took a deep breath. The door opened before she could knock. Daniel smiled. The soft expression on his face was so different from his twin’s. Naked to the waist but still covered in bandages on his chest, he looked more like a wounded puppy than a vicious fighter. How could two men who looked so alike be so very different? She shied away from thinking about Blake. The strangeness of her relationship with Drake was more comfortable than she’d ever expected. “I was wondering when you’d come to see me.” Daniel opened the door wider, raising his arm to let her walk under. She took a deep breath and walked in, almost expecting a fight or an attack. Would have welcomed it, actually. “Blake tells me the fight begins in a few hours.” The door clicked shut and Elena spun on her heels. He was leaning against the wall, his hands deep in jeans pockets. Elena nodded, unable to say anything. “You don’t expect to be allowed to go, do you?” he asked as though he already knew her heart. Elena cleared her throat. “No. I don’t think I’ll be allowed to go.” “You have to go, though, don’t you?” Daniel mused. “Why?” “Because Drake needs me.” Daniel raised his eyebrows and amusement darkened the blue depths of his eyes. “Why does he need you?”

Why indeed? Elena scrambled for an answer. “Look, this isn’t why I came here.” “No, you came to apologize. Apology accepted so get over it.” He shoved away from the wall and moved with unsteady grace to a leather loveseat. “I hope you don’t mind but I need to sit for long periods of time.” Guilt gnawed at Elena. She remembered the taste of his blood in the air, the ease with which she ripped through his chest. “You haven’t answered me.” Elena jerked out of her memories and stuttered. “N-no, by all means please sit.” “Why does Drake need you, Elena?” She sighed. “I don’t know. Okay?” Her heart twisted in aching loss. “I know if he leaves today without me, he’ll die.” “Why?” “I can read him, his strength, his pain. I know when he’s reached his limits.” Daniel smiled softly. “I see.” “Don’t give me that look. I’m not a fidgeting woman, terrified to let her man leave her side.” Daniel chuckled and winced, clenching a fist over his chest bandages. “Oh, trust me; I know that only too well.” He took a shallow breath and the pain eased. “I wish I was going with you.” “I’m so --” He held up a hand and glared. “Stow that. I’m not interested in your apologies. I won’t have to tell you to keep him alive, because you’ll be dead too, otherwise. Keep each other safe and trust your body to shift when you need it to.” “What if I can’t shift?” He blinked. “Then you’d better think of something else. It’s a very real possibility that I’ll never see any one of you again and that’s not acceptable.” She walked to the door.

“Next time you attack one of us, aim for the brain. Even demons need thought processes in order to heal themselves.” Daniel’s comment chilled her to the bone, reminding her that they would spill blood tonight. She left without a word. On her way to the bedroom one thought rang through her mind. Am I in over my head?
*** “The only way to kill a Hellhound is to kill the Master of the Hunt.” Alessan poured himself a glass of scotch from Drake’s office reserves. “Can I stop them?” Alessan glanced at him, his beautiful face unreadable. “You can stop them by piercing their brain, ripping out their throats or otherwise immobilizing them. The Master of the Hunt has to actively try and put them back together, so it drains him and might buy you some time.” He paused and gave Drake an assessing glare. “I don’t know what kind of game you’re playing, but I appreciate this.” “If all goes as planned, we’ll be better off and the Master of the Hunt will owe me one.” Alessan chuckled and downed his drink. “I’ll be ready when you are.” He walked out of the office. Drake stretched lightly, thankful for the blood Blake had so kindly given. It would have irked him about releasing his bond, but Drake had a feeling the new Master of the Hunt would need a pack leader. If things went according to plan. His smile fell and he drew within, tugging on the talisman lines and thankful again for Elena’s delivery of the card. He needed to know the position of the Master. The suicide king. The Master was still in his corporate building, far from the zealot warehouse and safe in the mundane world. An ache roared at the back of his head and he heard mocking laughter through the connection. “There you are.”

The bond to the card was severed. Drake cursed. He mentally called to Blake, Daniel, and Elena. We move now. Daniel would contact Alessan and they’d meet on Abandon’s dance floor. He debated leaving Elena behind, but Daniel’s short conversation earlier gave him pause. If Elena’s bond to him was so strong she could feel his every emotion, being apart would enhance it, until none of her own identity remained. It would drive her insane. Painful memories of his first human consort tightened his chest. She’d lost her mind when he’d left. He kept trying to return but unfinished business kept getting in his way. It had been his first bond and he hadn’t even known it. Not until it was too late. He’d shared her pain and horror those last few weeks. Deavin was all that remained of his first love. His daughter was still missing, but Drake trusted Malachi’s information. He might be shady, but his words were always honest. The question would be whether he could trust him today. Drake straightened his slacks and rolled up the sleeves of his shirt. He pulled his hair back in a tight ponytail and strolled out of his office. Elena waited by the elevators, clad in hip hugging jeans and a cotton tee. He couldn’t stop a grin from spreading across his lips at her mutinous expression. “You look like you’re going to a business meeting.” “I wear what’s comfortable, sweet.” They stepped in the elevator and it began its rise. “You, however…” He snaked an arm around her waist and pulled her in for a rough kiss. Her soft lips parted under his and the moan coming from her throat was heaven. He nipped her bottom lip and ended the kiss. “…look scrumptious.” She blinked. Her eyes were almost crystal blue when she released her lust, or like now when she was furious. It amazed him how easily she’d gotten under his skin, how quickly her body adapted to his bond. The elevator opened. “If you get hurt again, it will kill me.” She choked over the confession. Drake touched her cheek with the back of his knuckle. “Love’s funny like that.” “I’m going with you.”

“Of course you are.” He smirked and walked past her. The resulting gasp gave him a chuckle. “This is no time for humor, High Born.” Alessan stepped from the shadows. “If we’re moving now, he must know we’re coming.” Drake bit back his anger at being interrupted. Alessan was right and his mood sobered. “Yes, he knows we’re coming.” He looked at Elena. Her thoughts were locked up tight and it had him worried.
*** Elena breathed slowly, remembering Daniel’s words. I can do this. Her fear had no place in her heart. The memory of death at Hunter’s hands, the one they were calling Master of the Hunt, haunted her. He’d absorbed her terror, ate the soul of his follower and relished in it. That couldn’t be justice. She glanced at Drake. Could it? “We three will take him on?” Alessan wore the shadows like a cloak, making Elena wonder what weapons he had hidden. “Four,” Blake called from the door. He stood at the entrance as imposing as when she’d first seen him. A tree trunk with arms, she’d thought then. Now she knew he could be soft to the touch and one of the fiercest fighters she’d ever seen. “If the Master calls you, you know what will happen.” Alessan’s expression never wavered. “I have resisted his call for over fifteen years.” He flexed his arm and shrugged his shoulder where Drake had bit him. “I can do so now.” Alessan glanced at Drake. “He’s with us.” “Four of us against the Master and his hounds?” “Yes.” “You’re insane.” Drake chuckled. “That’s what they tell me.” He glanced at Elena and she blushed, remembering saying something like that to him earlier in the bedroom.

“We move now. Alessan, you’re most familiar with the movement and instinct of a Hellhound. Blake has asked to be partnered with you.” Alessan raised his eyebrows in surprise. “I’d be honored, but I’m rusty at leading a Hunt.” Blake grinned. “That’s all right; I don’t take direction well.” “That’s an understatement,” Drake muttered. Elena’s stomach twisted but she pulled a smile from somewhere. Alessan smiled. “Yeah, I thought as much. Let’s get out of here.” He launched himself as Blake surrounded them with shadow. In a moment they were gone. “How does he do that?” “Like this.” Drake wrapped his arms around her and the world became nothing for a few moments. Elena bit back her panic. The world surrounded them again and she gasped. “You should have warned me.” “You’ve gone through this before.” “Going from your office to the bedroom isn’t the same as this!” Her stomach roiled. “What did you do?” “I moved us through the ether, the space between your world and mine. Pure chaos confined.” She rolled her eyes. “Oh, is that all?” “You asked.” Drake chuckled and moved quietly to the edge of the building. From this moment forward, we communicate telepathically. Gotcha. A thought niggled in the back of her mind. If you can transport through the ether, why aren’t we inside, instead of standing out here? The scent of the ether is foul to Hellhounds and the easiest to track. As a matter of fact, Blake is probably ready to kill Alessan. The ether makes him very ill. Elena could definitely sympathize. She clenched a fist against her stomach and drew in a shaky breath, hoping to keep her gut from embarrassing her. Nervous fear and excitement mingled to form one tangled knot of anxiety in her heart.

Drake glanced back at her. His eyes were obsidian and gave nothing away. When we get inside, try not to get split up. Trust your instincts, but if a Hellhound gets a hold of you, don’t fight. Let him drag you to the Master. What happens if I fight? They play and you won’t survive. Think of a dog with a chew toy. He closed his eyes, his thoughts hesitant. Elena swallowed over her fear and nodded. She wouldn’t let them take Drake. Not to him. The thought of Drake being devoured horrified her. She closed her eyes and held the pain close to her heart. Somewhere along the way she’d fallen in love with a demon. How the hell had that happened? What do we do now? We walk in. That’s your plan? Elena stared at him in open shock. Why the hell are we communicating like this, then? Control your expressions, my dear. Trust me. They strolled into the setting sun’s light and crossed the street to hell. As they grew closer, she could feel the walls of the Master’s control sliding around them. What if she couldn’t shift again? He held the glass doors open for her and they walked to the busy information desk. A pert-nosed receptionist smiled at Drake with perfect white teeth. “Can I help you?” Her purr was as subtle as a brick upside the head. Elena tried not to bash her face in. Amusement slipped down their bond and she wanted to kick herself for leaving her thoughts so open. “I hope so, darlin’,” he drawled, laying on the charm. “I’m supposed to meet with someone today, but” -- he leaned forward, looking very uncomfortable – “I’ve forgotten his name.” She giggled and winked. “I think I can help you, handsome. What’s your name?” He answered and she nodded. Her fingers flew over the keyboard. Elena was surprised at how quickly she fell into professionalism.

“Oh. Mr. Oblivion.” She swallowed and blinked slowly. “You have a meeting with Mr. Hunter.” She rose from her desk and pointed to an elevator on the side. “Take that elevator to the 32nd floor. You’ll find him there.” Mr. Hunter, huh? Elena rolled her eyes.
Let’s go. Drake smiled his thanks and headed to the elevator.
“Miss?” the receptionist called.
Elena looked over her shoulder.
“Can I help you?” Her distaste was apparent.
Elena narrowed her eyes at the woman. So maybe she should have dressed more
business-like, but dammit, how was she to know Drake would just waltz right in? “She’s with me.” Drake grabbed her hand and tugged. Elena got some satisfaction from the look of open shock on the bitch’s face. Be nice. In the elevator, Elena growled and punched the button to the 32nd floor. The moment the door opened she stepped out. Wind rushed behind her and she spun. Wait! Drake’s warning came too late. The elevator was already falling. “Drake!” She held the elevator doors open and looked down the shaft. His stop looked to be a floor or two down. “Are you okay?” “The buttons won’t work,” his voice echoed from below. “I’m getting out of the shaft, but don’t move! I’ll be up there in a minute.” She saw the shadow of his body block the light coming in from his stop. “Sweet, try to talk to me telepathically.” She heard strain in his voice. Oh no, you’ve already overdone it. Drake, don’t push too hard.
Nothing.
“Did you get that?”
“Not a peep. Dammit.” He growled his frustration.
An alarm went off and she gasped. Stupid thing scared her. Sharp silver light
flashed from red alarm panels. Fire alarm. “What the hell is that?”

“Fire alarm. He’s evacuating the building.” “His business hours are almost over anyway. Elena, don’t move; I’m coming to you. If you get hurt, it will kill me.” The elevator groaned. “Love’s funny like that,” she called down the shaft. He laughed. “I know.” She grabbed the door and wanted to tell him not to move. Not knowing what would happen to him terrified her. For just a moment she wanted that connection. Keep your cool, Elena. You can do this. Slowly she drew her claws out. Her gums itched just a bit, but it wasn’t necessary for fangs, not yet. She glanced down the hallway, feeling exposed. He’d told her to wait there, but she needed a better defensive position. The elevator moved again. She stuck her head out. It was going down. Fuck. She needed to move. You better hurry, Drake.
Chapter Four The stairwells were blocked. Fuck. Drake punched the wall. A barrier. He placed his hand against the barrier and watched his clawed fingers become human digits. The hunter’s power, to turn the demon into a puppy and drag him to Hell. Bastard. This was like a bad horror movie. The lights started to flicker. Blake should be inside already. He needed to get to Elena fast. Not being able to communicate with her was torture. A noise drew his attention. He turned, dropping to a crouch. He reached to scan the room, closing his eyes to increase concentration. His mind brushed a Hellhound. Terror pierced him and he panicked. Drake’s eyes slammed open and he cursed, launching from his spot to race down the side hallway. Crashes sounded behind him and he ducked in an open office, willing his heart to slow and his breathing to settle. The terror wasn’t his; he could taste the manipulation of the hound, but he had an aching respect for their power. The hair on the back of his neck stood on end and Drake looked toward the hall. Nothing. A quiet growl echoed in the room and Drake cursed. A blurred furball slammed into him. Teeth tore into his arm, draining his power, filling him with terror. He roared at the pain and punched the hound in the muzzle. It bit harder and he drew within, pissed. It wasn’t supposed to happen this quickly, dammit. Where was Elena? The hound dragged him, tearing further through the ligaments. White lights of pain exploded across his vision and he stopped struggling. Take me to your Master, you piece of shit.

The lights went out again and Elena cursed, reaching for the hallway wall. How the hell was she supposed to fight if she couldn’t see shit? A howl from behind raised the hairs on the back of her neck. Fuck. Where are you, Drake? She touched one of the glass doors and tugged. It opened easily so she slipped in, waiting to see if she was being followed. Maybe coming here wasn’t such a good idea. She pressed a palm to her forehead and willed calm to her nerves. A dark shadow on all fours trudged past the frosted glass. She breathed a small sigh of relief. The lights came back on and she moved away from the door. She needed a weapon of some type, just in case. Someone’s desk should have something. The door opened and she spun on her heel. “Bryan?” Relief warred with fury. What the hell was he doing here? She remembered something Chico had said about him looking for her. “Looking for your new boytoy?” “Where’s Drake?” Elena growled, glaring at her former lover. Overhead lights flickered. Cubicles lined the walls, leaving a nice wide area in the middle. “Tut tut, princess, no kind words for the man you tried to murder?” He crossed his arms and grinned. Surfer boy good looks and a charming smile. What did I ever see in that snake? Elena took a deep breath and leaned forward. She moved to a comfortable fight stance and smiled. “I’ve heard you’ve been a bad boy. Tearing up Chico’s, pretending to be dead, and working for a monster. Whatever happened to the sweet, loving man whose only crime had been infidelity?” “You’re such a bitch.” He extended his hands and she watched his fingers elongate into claws much like her own. “Aww, baby, I thought you liked it rough.” “You were never woman enough for me.” He launched and she rolled, feeling the air move from his claws’ swipe. Too close. She stepped to a crouch and touched her chest where her mark burned.

“That’s okay by me, sweet. I’ve never been much for being pawed by a pathetic snake.” She rose to her full height and moved in a half circle around him, tasting his emotion and feeding off it. Pride had always been his weakness. “Oh, so mean.” He moved, swiping with one hand. She jumped away but his claw snagged her pants leg, ripping through the cloth and into her calf. Raw fire tore through her leg and she screamed, clawing at his face and hand, tearing his fingers from her flesh. She scrambled back and breathed deep, willing the pain to lessen. Her gums itched and she knew a full-bodied change was coming. “I bet you’re wondering why I’m still alive.” He smirked, rising from his crouch. Bryan shook his hand and flung blood onto the dingy carpet. “After our little fuck-fest, I was grabbed by one of those freak dogs and transported here. Master completed whatever the hell you’d started and now I’m stronger than ever.” Why wasn’t he attacking? Elena’s mark burned cold, freezing her body from the inside. Her claws retracted and she fisted her shirt above the mark. “That would be me sealing your soul mark.” He fell to all fours and grinned, his jaw elongating to something resembling a nightmarish parody of a wolf. There was none of Blake’s purity of form in Bryan’s change. He attacked and she dove for one of the cubicles. She opened her empathy to his emotion. He sprung and she dodged. A surge of adrenaline. Bryan snapped at her foot and she kicked him in the teeth. “How did you do it?” she screamed, kicking at his head again and scrambling for anything to fight back with. “How did you become this thing?” He lunged again and she slammed her boot into his nose. His yelp gave her the advantage and she kicked again, aiming for his eyes. He jerked away and shifted back to human form. His nose gushed in a steady stream and his eyes were glazed. The burn over her mark stopped and she shifted. “You bitch! Fuck bringing you back to Master. I’m going to rip your heart out and feed it to you.”

Shit! She was supposed to let them take her captive. No time. Her thoughts scrambled in a jumbled panic. She couldn’t wait for him to get his head clear. He glared toward her and she leapt, slamming him down to the ground. Her claws sliced through him, tearing his body to shreds. She screamed her fury and terror. He stopped moving and she gasped, hot tears spilling from her eyes. Her stomach churned and she scrambled away from him. He was dead. Bryan was dead. Another howl ripped through the hall and she jerked to attention, swallowing against the raw pain in her throat. Drake. He needed her. She stared at Bryan’s body and watched it revert to hound form. Still as night with no breath. What the hell was he? She stumbled out the door and hoped to hell demonic powers came with really quick healing skills or she’d bleed out before she found Drake. A low growl behind her brought her trudge to a stumbling halt. She glanced over her shoulder, careful to keep her movements slow and steady. Another hound, white fur this time and… she paused. “Blake?” He wagged his tail and gave her a wolfish grin. A slow trot to her side confirmed it. “Can you communicate telepathically?” He slowly shook his head no. “Then you can’t tell me where Alessan is,” she mused. “Can you shift back?” Again the slow shake. “Do you know where Drake is?” He huffed and moved ahead, looking over his shoulder at her. She followed, stumbling through the dark building.
Chapter Five He led her across the floor to a large door. She reached for the knob and Blake attacked, going for her shoulder. His mouth connected and they fell in a tumble of fur and flesh. Elena shrieked and tried to shove him off, but his jaw latched. Agony ripped through her arm and she gasped. Don’t let go of me. He dragged her to the door and Elena fought, clawing at him. Don’t let go of him? What the fuck did he think she was going to do? Waltz away? Tears burned her eyes as she half crawled, half dragged her way through the door. “I see we’re all here.” The Hunter spoke and she cringed. Her gaze scanned the room and she saw her worst fears realized. Drake was lying in a pool of blood with a hound sitting in front. Her heart squeezed painfully in her chest. He’d better not be dead. Alessan was unconscious on the floor as well, lying so still she wondered if he breathed. He was within reach. Three hounds in the room including Blake. She’d kill him when this was over. “They came like you said they would,” the Master of the Hunt mused, calling to someone behind her. She turned her head, ignoring the searing pain of Blake’s bite. “You,” she hissed. Malachi smiled and strolled past, his hands deep in his pockets. “I play to win. And he’s the more powerful hand.” She raised her chin and glared at the Master. “Where is the rest of your freak squad?” The Master raised his eyebrow and smiled. “You escaped.” Her gut roiled in sudden understanding. “You killed them all?” He ignored her question and looked at Malachi. “Where is the other mutt?”

She watched the hounds snarl at the insult and felt the wave of hatred flow from Blake. “She maimed him badly. His regeneration can’t commence without your blessing, sir.” “Let him rot. He failed.” The Master dismissed him like a speck of dust. He narrowed his eyes at Elena. “It took me a week to figure out how you knew my location.” He held up the card. “Very cute, giving this to me.” He strolled to her side. “You remind me so much of your mother.” “I’m nothing like my mother.” He knelt beside her, whispering in her ear, “Your souls even taste alike.” She screamed, trying to attack him but failing to do more than twist toward his body. She didn’t see the hand until it was too late. Her face flamed in pain from the slap. “I’ll enjoy breaking you.” “You’re insane.” He laughed and patted Blake on the head. “Release her. She’s no threat.” Blake eyed her and she glared at him. As much as she wanted to rip him apart, a niggle of doubt formed. What if he was still on their side? She wrapped her hand in his stomach’s fur and let her hands extend to claws. He allowed the touch and dropped her shoulder from his mouth. She cried out at fresh agony ripping through her body. Drake moved and glared at them from under dark eyebrows. The hound holding him growled low in its throat and he shoved toward them. “Fighting is useless, Drake.” The Master laughed. “It’s hard to believe something as weak as you could kill my father.” Drake rolled his eyes and tugged against the hound’s hold. “You’ve got to be kidding me. Not another one.” “Another what?” “Look. I kill a lot of people. I’m a demon. It’s what I do. You should know, Master Hunter, you’ve been killing them for a while now.”

Blake moved toward Alessan and Elena followed suit, careful to keep all movements small. “You are nothing without your bond mates, demon. Elena’s mother told me that. The night you killed my father and sent the Hunt down upon him.” Elena blinked in surprise. He thinks Drake killed the former High Born? Drake’s sudden laugh ended in a gasp when the Master’s hound bit harder. “I sent the Hunt, yes.” He glared up at the bastard. “But not for your father. He’d been killed already.” Elena crawled to Alessan, her thoughts roiling in jumbled confusion. He’d sent the Hunt after her mother. She was in her own Hell. There was no doubt about it. Blake shifted next to Alessan and the hound ignored them. What the hell was going on? Alessan drew the shadows around himself and nodded slowly, rising from his prone position. They moved as one, stalking the Master of the Hunt. Malachi said nothing, but watched with absolute calm. It was all part of the plan and she’d almost blown it. Damn. Alessan moved and Blake shifted, taking the Master at the knee. The other hound released Drake, letting him fall. Elena dove around the fight and raced to Drake’s side, slipping an arm under his body. They watched Alessan fight claw to claw with the Master, tearing him down bit by bit. Each counter from the bastard did nothing against Blake and Alessan. They needed to get the fuck out of there. Together they rose and before they knew it, the fight was over. Alessan had killed him before they could take a breath. He looked at Drake. “A Master of the Hunt shows respect to his hounds, always, for they are his only protection.” The three hounds rose in a chorus of howls and a smile split her face in sudden joy. “Is it really over?” “Yes. It really is,” Drake said, exhausted and smiling back.
Epilogue Abandon’s dance floor throbbed and pulsed once more. Dallas was back to normal and Elena couldn’t be happier. She straddled Drake’s hard cock, letting it tease the slit of her drenched pussy. “So you owned Chico from the beginning.” Drake gasped. “Woman, you are torturing me.” “You deserve it.” She lashed him with her lust, drawing his cock tighter and harder against her willing flesh. His breath came in hard rushes of air. “Yes. He owed me. Malachi collected.” “So Malachi is your little whipping boy,” she purred in his ear, dropping her pussy over the tip of his mushroomed head. “Nooo. Hell’s Fire.” He gritted his teeth and she caressed his cock with a shaky hand, using the desk to support her back. “He’s always been loyal to my family.” She rotated her hips. “I never really know whose side he’s on, okay?” She slid down his shaft another bit and they both groaned. Her pussy clenched him like a fist. “Touch me.” He ran his fingertips up her side, just the way she liked it. She leaned forward and he touched his lips to the pulse on her neck, nibbling his way down her chest. His tongue touched her nipple, swirling around the tip until she moaned. I love it when you moan like that, sweet. His teeth nipped the pebbled point before sucking it into his hot mouth. Elena slid down his cock, impaling her tingling pussy on his full length. “You’re killing me, Drake.” He chuckled against her flesh, the hum caressing her skin. His fingertips rolled the other nipple, tugging just enough to send a hot jolt of lust to her pussy.

She withdrew, just as slowly. Each inch was a sweet ache of friction. He pulled from her breast and kissed the valley between before taking the other between his lips. “You have a wicked mouth.” All the better to eat you with, my dear. Elena chuckled but the big bad wolf reference reminded her of Blake. “There’s a new Master of the Hunt and Blake is with him.” He pulled from her breast with a teasing nip and glared at her with a half smile on his lips. “Do you miss him?” She lashed him with lust again, and he gasped, his body quaking in need. “You keep doing that and I’ll come all over that sweet body of yours.” Elena grinned. “You miss him too, love. But you’re the only one in my heart.” Drake closed his eyes and smiled. “You’re mine, my heart, and have part of my soul.” “Good, so let’s quit with the bullshit.” She slammed down on his cock and they both cried out. Drake erupted beneath her, picking her up and pressing her against the top of his desk. He ground against her, pushing as far as her body would allow. She cried out, arching off the desk. He pulled back, achingly slow, and slammed into her again. “Do you feel their lust, sweet? The patrons of Abandon. Can you taste them?” Elena growled, opening up to the crowd below, feeding, tasting, drawing it back to give to her lover. They fed off each other, tasting and teasing each other into a frenzy. She wrapped her legs around his hips and arched against him. He mumbled something about being impatient and pounded into her wet heat. She cried out, wanting to taste his orgasm, let it spill down her throat. Her fangs formed easier than ever and she bit his shoulder, drawing his blood. He bit hers and she lashed him one more time. His growl against her skin threw her over the edge and they both exploded. She clenched his cock and drank from his orgasm, letting it fill her and wash to him.

Deep within his heart, she touched his sadness and ached with him. He dragged them both to the leather chair and tucked her head under his chin. “I love your hair like this. So loose and wavy. You are so beautiful.” She touched his cheek. “We’ll find her, love. Deavin’s out there somewhere.”
“I know we will. Even if I have to shake the walls of Hell, itself, to find her.”
“Until then…” She stroked him with her lust. “I think you’d mentioned
something about wanting to be tied up.” Drake chuckled, his cock slowly rising again. “I don’t remember that.” She grinned. “Ordered around.” “I definitely don’t recall that.” He stroked her back and she moaned. “Trust me, you’ll like it.” She smiled.
