BUNNY CLUB Stephanie Beck
Bunny Club
Chapter One What had started as a curiosity had become an obsession. Jarrod typed “bunny club” into the search engine and checked over his shoulder before hitting Enter. He didn’t want anyone looking at his computer screen or asking any questions. The usual rabbit sites and run-of-the-mill porn popped up. He rubbed his head and checked over his shoulder again before moving to the next page. When he’d moved to Chicago he’d heard about a sex club from one of his coworkers. They talked about the mysterious place in whispers around the water cooler when they were sure the women weren’t around. Jarrod had seesawed between fascination and scorn. Through the whispers, he’d sifted the lies from glimmers of truth and he was almost sure he knew where to find the club. He clicked to the last page and froze. There it was. Instead of black writing, pink lit the final entry. He clicked it but found the website offered nothing except a title and address in pink on a black page. His hand shook as he pulled out a piece of paper and pen. The moment he had the address jotted down, the pink letters blinked away. Jarrod refreshed the page but it came up as a server error. He cursed himself for not writing down the complicated website, but he had what he needed. The Bunny Club. He stared at the address. He didn’t know the area and wasn’t familiar enough with Chicago to find it on his own. He could use his GPS, but he grinned as a second option came to mind. Jarrod grabbed his cell phone and stepped away from his desk, waving slightly at his neighbor before striding to the stairway. His cousin picked up on the second ring. “What’s up, fucker?” “The Bunny Club, that’s what’s up. I found it.” Quiet filled the line and Jarrod wondered if the connection died. “You there, Alex?” 5

“I’m taking off work right now. I’ll meet you at your apartment.” “At least show—” He was talking to air, but Jarrod didn’t mind. He closed his phone and flipped it in his hand. Everything on his desk could wait another day. He’d tell his supervisor he had a stomach problem, head home, take a shower and put on his clubbing clothes. Jarrod grinned as he stepped back into the office. He was going to the Bunny Club.

Bunny Club
Chapter Two The Bunny Club was a fantasy, a shared holy grail men wanted, but never really believed they could touch. Or at least Jarrod had thought so right until he stepped in front of the address he’d found on his search. The dream of life beyond the ordinary stood within his reach. “Holy shit, it’s real.” Alex turned to him with a grin. “I kept telling myself you were full of it so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. But it’s an actual address. This could be the real deal.” “God, I hope so.” The huge, nondescript storefront looked like any of the other buildings. His cousin swore it was the right address. Jarrod had tried to program it into his GPS but had come up with nothing. Alex snagged the slip of paper from Jarrod’s hand and looked between it and the place. “This is it. Oh man, I’m going to be pissed if it’s a diet meeting for fat chicks or something. Do you think we just go in?” Jarrod shrugged. No cars littered the streets around the building, but he felt a certain…energy from the building. It didn’t show any signs of being a sexy hot spot, but it had to be. He had no freaking clue what their next move was supposed to be, but the evening was turning to night and his dress shirt wasn’t thick enough to keep out the Chicago spring breeze. He adjusted his collar and tucked his keys in his pocket. “Fuck it, let’s go.” Alex slung his arm around Jarrod’s shoulder, like they’d tackled things since they’d spent the summers together as kids, and they headed for the door. Jarrod’s heart raced faster as they closed in on the dimly lit awning. He would have walked right past it in 7

any other situation. Nothing stood out and where most of the places had placards announcing so-and-so’s office, the wall was blank beside the door, save the numbers 643. Alex rolled his shoulders when they stopped at the door. Bugs buzzed around the awning light from above, but no sound came from inside. Jarrod had expected music or something, but nothing gave clues to what really lay inside. “Do we knock?” Alex whispered. Jarrod stood straighter and reached for the doorknob. They were standing at the Bunny Club’s door and the possible fulfillment of all of their sexual fantasies. It wasn’t the time to be timid. The knob turned under his hand and he stepped over the threshold, not sure what waited but ready to take it on. Waiting another minute was asinine. Alex stepped in beside him and froze. Jarrod looked at him then followed his line of sight and realized what stopped him. A giant of a man stepped from behind a discreet desk. As far as inviting looks went, his didn’t scream “welcome”. “Good evening, gentlemen. May I help you?” Alex took a step back and snagged Jarrod’s arm. When he tried to shake his cousin off, Alex held tighter and pulled him closer. “Do you think the old standby is true? The bigger the bouncer, the better the show?” Alex whispered. Jarrod bit back a laugh and eyed the man. “Damn, I hope so.” The day had started so innocently, boring even. The giant black man who stepped closer and crossed his arms didn’t qualify as even slightly boring. Jarrod wasn’t one to make assumptions, but he figured it took a massive set of balls to wear so much pink. “Do you have reservations?” the man asked. Jarrod’s momentary amusement screeched to a halt. He should have known there was a freaking catch. They didn’t have a reservation. Hell, he didn’t even know how to
8
Bunny Club
get one. In all his research he hadn’t found a whisper about a number to call or an email. He’d been insane to think they could walk in off the street. Alex coughed. “We, um, we were unaware of your reservation policy. Can we make one now?” The man cocked an eyebrow at them and Jarrod’s stomach sank to his shoes. “Who do we have here, Gustavus?” The sex-kitten voice came from behind the giant and Jarrod stood straighter. Maybe she would have the power to let them in or at least make a reservation for the following night. She stepped around the massive man and he found himself hoping for…anything she wanted to give. “Two without reservations,” the brick of flesh and blood said without looking away from them. She giggled and clapped her hands. “Isn’t that a happy coincidence? Two just canceled.” The tiny woman wore a miniscule pink dress and skyscraper heels, but she couldn’t be more than five feet tall. Her lack of height didn’t bother him as long as she was legal. Body aside, she had a face to turn heads, especially his. “Boys.” She moved closer and looked them over. Jarrod stood straighter, hoping his six feet wasn’t off-putting. “I’m so glad you decided to drop in on us tonight. How would you feel about having a little…fun?” Alex stepped forward. “Fun sounds great. We’d be happy to fill in.” Jarrod would have seconded his cousin’s words but he stayed quiet, hoping the strong, silent type did more than the eager beaver. His cousin always wore his emotions on his sleeves. Usually short ones attached to old, holey, country-music-concert tee shirts. Still, when Jarrod wanted to party, Alex was his go-to guy. The petite beauty nodded and after a quick wink at the bouncer, smiled at them. “Come on back, fellas.”

With an epic adventure in front of them, Jarrod picked up his feet and followed the goddess in white and pink. He hoped Alex minded his manners because he had no desire to be shown the door by Gustavus or lose out on the opportunity of a lifetime. If what people said was true, not many made it inside the walls of the Bunny Club and even fewer risked talking about it. He wanted to have something so amazing he never spoke a word of it for fear of it being a dream. The little blonde before them sauntered away, her ass swaying in rhythm with her steps and the beat of the music from beyond the walls. She pushed open a door and motioned them inside. “I’m Trixie. This is my family’s club.” Some family. “Really? I never pictured these places as family affairs,” Alex said, echoing Jarrod’s thoughts. “Men usually don’t.” She giggled. “You need to leave your shoes and jackets.” She stepped to the side and showed them a row of hooks and a plush bench. Jarrod felt a moment of trepidation, but excitement pushed him forward. His cousin already worked on removing his shoes and jacket. Thin lines of white LED lights lit the small room from a second doorway. They gave just enough light to see a row of shoes beneath jackets on hooks. Among the leather loafers mingled pairs of wicked high heels. Jarrod hoped to meet the owners of the sparkling stilettos. “What were your names?” Trixie asked. “I’m Alex. My cousin and I have been searching for this place for months. This is a dream come true. I always thought it was an urban legend. It’s a hell of a secret.” Trixie grinned and sauntered to Alex. She looked him up and down before she ran her hand up Alex’s shirtfront. “That’s just the way we like things around here. When you’re not worried about being found out or looked at, all inhibitions flee. Life is so much sweeter when pesky morals and norms are set aside.”
10
Bunny Club
The lucky fucker looked ready to come in his pants and Jarrod couldn’t blame him. Setting aside the pesky ideals she mentioned sounded like a fine idea. The decent women he’d spent time were a little too decent to satisfy his dreams. He might marry a nice girl one day, but today wasn’t the day. If the women inside were like Trixie, he sure as hell wasn’t looking for a bride. Alex held up his keys. “Will Gustavus keep these safe or do I need to bring them?” “They’re just fine here,” Trixie replied. “They’d get in the way if you brought them inside. There’s nothing worse than getting poked in the ass. With a key, that is.” Alex snickered, but Jarrod hesitated, not sure about leaving his shoes or the keys, no matter how inconvenient they might be. “Oh and let’s not forget one of the Bunny Club’s main rules.” Trixie tapped a sign with a picture of a red bar through a cell phone. “I find nothing worse than getting into a compromising situation and have my partner’s mother call. Or text—I do hate texting.” Jarrod palmed his phone. The last time he’d left it in his car for the day he’d had cold sweats. Being so attached to an object was stupid, but the thought of leaving his cell behind touched a nerve. “Not a problem,” Alex said and tucked his phone into his jacket pocket. “I hate the damn thing anyway. Any other rules we need to know?” “Nope, the shoes and cell phone are the only things.” Jarrod still didn’t like the new details. He toed off his shoes, but hesitated with his phone. “Would you feel better if I told you we’d never had a theft or issue with security?” Trixie asked. “Gustavus sort of deters that sort of thing.” He had to laugh. “Yeah, I imagine.” “Aren’t you going to join us, Jarrod?”

Had he told her his name? He turned to find Trixie’s eyes on him, all but offering him a great time. The glowing lights framed her beautiful figure. He’d come to have a good time, not be a stick in the mud. His stick deserved better. After a winter full of women covered up against the Chicago cold, seeing so much soft skin made his fingers twitch to touch. He was being paranoid. It wasn’t often a man was offered something so amazing and he was trying to sabotage it, like he always did when good things happened. Fuck that. He tucked his shoes in the row and tossed his phone into the left one, determined not to make that mistake again. “Yes, I believe I will.” She smiled and offered her hand. Jarrod took it. She turned and lifted her other hand over her shoulder. Alex looked at him and grinned. It was going to be a hell of a night.

Bunny Club
Chapter Three With a glass of scotch in one hand and a cigar in the other, Jarrod looked around the room Trixie had left him in while she escorted Alex elsewhere. Jarrod had hesitated about the split until Trixie smiled and assured him the Bunny Club had rooms for all tastes. His cousin preferred things less formal and therefore would enjoy the Rock Room. If the music was loud and the girls had big boobs and beer, Alex would be a happy camper. Jarrod enjoyed the classy atmosphere of the location Trixie chose for him. Smooth jazz played in the background. The brilliant acoustics made him look for a band, but the stage beside the small dance floor was empty. Other men with decanters and cigars on leather stools and chairs joined him in watching pretty women dance. The girls looked eerily similar, all petite and fair-haired in skimpy outfits. Trixie’s words about the enterprise being a family affair rang true in their shared facial features. A woman in a miniscule pink dress and bunny ears stopped in front of him and took a long moment to look him up and down. She smiled and offered a bottle of scotch. “Hi.” Her perky voice suited her playful appearance. “I’m Dusty. Trixie sent me.” Jarrod looked her up and down, finding nothing he didn’t like. She was short, but in the heels her legs seemed longer and fucking perfect for having wrapped around his waist. She stepped closer, the muscles in her thighs supple and smooth. He offered his glass and she smiled before pouring generously. “Would you like ice?” He shook his head and motioned toward the seat beside him. None of the girls were obviously drawing attention to themselves, but that was half the tease. Unlike strip clubs where sex dripped from the stage, the women in the Bunny Club exuded no desperation. He wondered where the night would go. 13
Stephanie Beck
Were the women teases meant to send a man home hard and hot to return? Were they whores? Where was the ATM? Dusty sat on the leather stool beside him, her heeled feet tangling with his. An apology was on the tip of his tongue, but then her toe slid up his calf, attesting to the deliberate tangling on her part. The pink, sparkling heels would look great propped up by his ears. “Where’s Alex?” he asked as she poured herself a drink. He put on a pleasant smile and hoped conversation would help him from turning into a sex-starved idiot. Dusty sighed. “He’s probably rolling around in chocolate pudding. Some of my relatives like that sort of lowbrow, over-the-top entertainment. Me, I’m not into dirty and sticky. Well, not that kind of dirty and sticky.” He smirked as she slid her finger around the rim of her glass. She dipped her pinky into the liquor and sucked on the little finger. Every motion she made drew his attention and when she re-crossed her legs his dick sprang to uncomfortable proportions. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed white rabbits tumbling around on the dance floor. “No way. I know this is the Bunny Club, but I wouldn’t have thought you’d have the real thing.” She turned and started. “Excuse me.” Without looking back, she hurried toward the bunnies that were—he leaned to see around her—acting like bunnies. She shooed them away from each other without luck. He laughed and scanned the room again, expecting the other men to be amused as well, but instead, impatience radiated from the other men. He frowned, unsure what to make of their displeasure. A few rabbits didn’t hurt anything. It wasn’t as if the club served food they had to worry about the animals getting into. They were surrounded by sexy women with drinks, cigars and more sexy women—he’d have thought the others would be more relaxed. 14
Bunny Club
A brunette passed, alleviating the sea of pale yellow. Since she was shoeless, Jarrod assumed she was a guest. Only the bunny women had possessed shoes so far. The tall, curvaceous woman sat two stools down and leaned across the bar, waving to the bartender. Another giant in a pink suit pulled a glass from the rails and presented a thick, dark bottle. She scrutinized the label and nodded. A moment later, a glass of red wine was in her hand. “Hello.” He wasn’t sure if fraternizing with other guests was proper, but his personal bunny was still shooing the frisky ones and the brunette was hot. She smiled and set down her glass. “What’s your name?” “Jarrod.” He hoped her curiosity was in direct proportion to her horniness. “And you would be?” “Jessica.” She held out her hand. “You must be new.” He accepted her hand and shook it, her grip strong even as her skin felt like silk. “Why do you say that?” She laughed, a deep, throaty sound that provided a darker note after so many giggles from the blondes. “Because you’re not trying to eat a bunny yet.” “Is that where this leads?” She winked. “If you’re lucky.” Jarrod took a sip of his drink, finding his bar mate to be an interesting change of pace. If he’d met her anywhere else, he’d have hit on her and probably been shot down. He wasn’t a hot-in-bed looking guy and didn’t usually inspire attractive women to rip their clothes off. Women as beautiful as Jessica could do much better than him and he knew it—and more importantly, they knew it. In this sex club with limited clientele, he hoped his odds were better. “What brings a beautiful woman like you to the Bunny Club?”
15

She swirled her wine and took a drink. “I like it here. It’s not often a girl feels comfortable in a nightclub setting. Some men view groups of women out on the town as an all-they-can-eat buffet—it’s tedious and tasteless, if you ask me. And so many other places are full of fussy rules and norms that I detest. The Bunny Club has a more relaxed atmosphere. Why should there be constraints on true pleasure?” He saluted her with his glass before taking a drink of scotch. Sweat dripped down his back and Jarrod waited to be found out for the fraud he was. With a woman like Jessica leaning on her elbow, giving him a fantastic glimpse of cleavage, he was way out of his league. “Um.” He coughed and fought the nerves rioting through him. “So are you a guest as well? I saw a few pairs of women’s shoes in the front room and I take it the shoes are a limitation for guests only.” She smiled. “You’ve got it. The bunnies like their guests without shoes—it makes them feel taller. And yes, one of those sets is mine—stilettos with red rhinestones. I’m a bit of a regular around here. My cousins and I like it.” “Cousins?” he asked. “I’m here with my cousin as well.” “Who’d have thought a place like this would have so many family ties?” She ran her finger up his forearm. “I’m sure you’ll see the others before long. We all have similar…appetites and a certain amount of impatience when it comes to fulfilling them. Ah, and here’s Dusty.” “Jessica!” Dusty squealed and clapped her hands, setting her boobs bouncing. “I was hoping you’d be here. After meeting Jarrod, I knew you’d be perfect.” “Perfect for what?” Jarrod asked, though the possibilities that sprang to mind had merit. Jessica chuckled, her deep laugh balancing Dusty’s schoolgirl giggle. “Come on, girls, don’t tease too much. I’m just a man.” Jarrod shrugged, attempting to sound cool as his libido blazed and possible fucking positions razzed his already oversexed mind. 16
Bunny Club
Dusty leaned close and skipped her fingertips up his shirt buttons. “You are more than just a man, silly. You’re a handsome man. And you seem like the kind of guy who could appreciate two women at one time. Have you ever pleasured two women at once? You’ve got amazing lips. I bet you can suck and lick a pussy like nobody’s business. Am I right, Jarrod? Can you make a woman come screaming with only those sexy lips?” Her question destroyed more brain cells than all the liquor he’d consumed his entire life. Jessica smiled at him and licked her ruby-red lips, blasting the remaining stragglers inside his brain. His mouth watered to taste what she offered and to prove to Dusty he possessed the oral skills to make her scream. “Ah yeah, I, ah, I mean.” He stopped and tried to focus while streams of sex rolled through his imagination. “I’m ready, willing and able to do anything you need.” The lights faded and the previously low music swelled. Jarrod looked around for the reason behind the change. The room curtain flew open and several more women with bunny ears entered, along with a few statuesque brunettes. Each bunny dressed slightly different with short skirts, decorated bra tops and lots of glitter and pink. The brunettes took on a more sultry tone in long dresses that hugged every luscious curve, along with burgundy lips and dramatic eye makeup. Each looked a little different, but sex was the theme of the night. Like the blondes, the brunettes looked eerily similar. “What’s going on?” he asked as the women slowly scanned the room. Jessica ran her hand up his arm. “Those are just a few of my cousins and more bunnies here to make things special. Now the fun starts. I hope you’re not afraid of a little exhibitionism.” “Yeah.” Dusty took hold of his chin, turning him to face her. “There’s no inhibition here. We want all your fantasies wide open.” He laughed, hoping he’d be able to tamp down his modesty long enough to enjoy the most spectacular moment of his life. The new women spread out and Jarrod figured 17

if he only saw women, he’d be fine. Watching porn didn’t bother him, but he really didn’t want to see any other dicks in real time. Dusty started undoing his shirt buttons and he hoped he’d be much too busy to notice the other men. Jessica’s hand moved from his shoulder to his chest, working more buttons free while Dusty stared into his eyes. She had pretty eyes—lovely in an iridescent way. They nearly glowed. He blinked and looked again. They did glow. Jessica undid his belt, distracting him from the play of light across Dusty’s face. He looked down to find the sumptuous brunette kneeling beside the barstool, intently focusing on his crotch. She moved aside his boxers and descended, her long tongue lapping the head of his cock before her mouth devoured his full length. He groaned, but kept his eyes open. His gaze flew around the room, not sure if he hoped others were watching with envy or minding their own business. Jessica’s mouth worked up and down and his eyes started to cross, but still he looked around. A man across the room with a blonde wrapped around him winked, and Jarrod grinned. Dusty’s lips locked around his nipple and sucked hard while Jessica worked his cock in tandem. He took a drink of his scotch before letting his head fall back while pleasure took over. Best night ever.

Chapter Four A man across the room jerked his head. Jarrod frowned but Dusty nibbled his ear, sending waves of lust straight to his groin. Jessica licked his penis from root to tip. The multiple distractions made it difficult to concentrate, but Jarrod forced himself to focus on the scene across the room. The stranger’s head remained tilted back. The bunny on his lap started rocking and there was no doubt what she was doing, but the man’s hands remained at his sides. “Hey, handsome,” Dusty pouted. “Don’t you want to play with me?” He turned and kissed her, thrusting his tongue inside her willing mouth. Her slightly buck teeth cut his tongue. He pulled back, tasting blood. “Hell. Give me a second. I’m bleeding.” Jessica abandoned his cock, surged to her feet and forced her mouth to his while he assessed his injury. He grabbed her waist, her movements so quick he nearly fell off the stool. She sucked his tongue just as she had his cock, taking it deep within her mouth and milking it. Her hand mimicked the motion on his dick. The twin actions sent him to an embarrassingly early brink. His tongue stung from the pressure and he nearly pulled away. On his dick, Jessica’s hand played a little rough, but not unbearable. The pain wasn’t quite sexy but it was tolerable as long as Jessica’s hand stayed busy. She nipped his tongue again and the unexpected jolt made him lose his control over his cock, cum spurting even as he cursed. “Oh, that’s mine.” Dusty dropped to her knees, pushed Jessica’s hand away and replaced it with her mouth. She sucked and licked his already oversensitive dick. Her mouth covered and massaged, drawing every drop of semen until he felt limp and empty. 19

Dusty stood and shoved Jessica. “Come on, Jessica. Enough already. I don’t want him lightheaded when we fuck.” Jarrod broke the kiss, wincing when the pressure around his tongue popped. He moved his tongue around his mouth, the muscle feeling as drained as his cock. “Dusty, don’t make me kick your ass.” Jessica licked the side of his mouth, sexy and weird. Dusty’s eyes narrowed and she pressed her finger to Jessica’s heaving chest. “Don’t forget that you’re a guest here, Jessica.” Tension rose and, sexy as it could have been, Jarrod recognized his tenuous position. Usually an orgasm of the proportions he’d had wiped his brain for half an hour, but he forced himself to focus. He fixed his pants and stood between the two women, hoping to get their attention. The two women scowled at each other and Dusty’s finger remained pressed to Jessica, so hard against her skin an impression already formed. “Ladies, let’s not argue.” He took a moment to rub each of their bare arms and hoped the night wasn’t over. “How about we all get a drink and dance for a while? We’ve got all night.” Dusty shot Jessica a dirty look, but took her hand back and turned toward him. “You’re, right, handsome. All night. Jessica, you should really pace yourself or it’ll go straight to your ass.” “You are such a bitch.” While the women bickered over something he didn’t understand, Jarrod grabbed his scotch and let his gaze wander. The lights dimmed more, but he easily found his winking buddy. He still wasn’t looking up. Jarrod looked further and noticed none of the men sat alone. Each had a blonde and brunette, the ratio of men to women perfect. A shiver ran up Jarrod’s spine when one of the men looked up, dazed and wobbling on his stool.

Bunny Club
The brunette with him laughed and nudged her partner before focusing on the man. She tipped his head to the side and leaned into him. A wickedly long tongue emerged and licked a path along his neck. The man shuddered. Jarrod did the same. He wondered if Jessica would do that for him, only somewhere else. He started to ask, hoping to get the women back on him, when his heart stopped. The woman no longer licked her man. Her lips peeled back, exposing grotesque canines. Her head descended and she bit his neck. The man jerked but made no move to dislodge her. Blood bubbled along the edges of her mouth as she sucked, the muscles of her throat working furiously. The poor guy smiled until his eyes rolled back in his head. Jarrod thought the thing with the teeth would be done, the sense of unreality maintaining that nothing seriously bad could happen. They were in a sex club, maybe biting and hickies were the guy’s fetish. The blonde straddled his lap and began bouncing on his cock while the brunette kept sucking. After several long minutes the brunette pulled back, ripping away her mouth with such force that blood should have spurted from the ripped flesh. Instead, a lifeless trickle emerged. She licked the last drops, but the man did not move. The guy had to be dead. The fair-haired sex kitten stopped bouncing and shot a dirty look at the brunette, who simply shrugged and handed the woman a pair of skimpy panties. Cold sweat broke out on Jarrod’s back when the blonde abandoned her spot and the corpse fell to the floor. The two women stepped over the body and headed to the bar as if nothing had happened. Jarrod wiped his palms on his slacks. “Where’s the restroom?” Jessica and Dusty stopped bickering long enough to turn. Annoyance flashed in Jessica’s dark-brown eyes. “Why?” He shrugged. “I’ve got to pee and freshen up if we’re going to fuck again.”

Dusty perked up. “Okay. It’s just outside to the left. Hurry up, though. Jessica and I nearly have this figured out.” He surged to his feet, ready to hurl. Keeping his gaze away from anyone in the room, he hurried to the exit. He had to leave. And he had to get Alex. He passed the restroom and followed the sound of heavy metal music to a neighboring room. Bunnies and brunettes passed but didn’t make any move to stop him. No other men were in the halls and he hoped they weren’t all already dead. He stepped into the louder room, hoping to find Alex drinking beer and not sucked dry. As in the room he’d just left, blondes and brunettes worked in pairs, cuddling up to unsuspecting, horny men. Laughter and shouts rang through the room, all goodnatured and happy. No one looked dead. Yet. Yet another beautiful blonde stepped toward him and smiled. “Hello, handsome. They call me Fluffy.” “I’m looking for Alex. He’s my ride and I’m…sick.” “Oh, sugar.” Fluffy took his arm with a sympathetic smile. “Come with me. We’ll find Alex and get you taken care of.” She led him through the throng of people and Jarrod tried his best not to jerk away or recoil when she ran her fingers up his arm. Alex came into sight, surrounded by two sets of females. Jarrod didn’t know what the hell was happening, but they needed to get out before they became fucky-sucky treats for the bunnies. Alex waved him over. “Jarrod, is this place awesome, or what?” Alex tilted back while a woman danced in front of him. She’d taken off her top and her perfect globes topped with pink cherry nipples bounced around all giggly and inviting. And lethal. Jarrod forced his gaze away from the boobs. “I’m sick. I need you to drive me home.” “Suck it the fuck up.” Alex’s gaze stayed firmly on the bunny woman’s tits. “No one is sick enough to leave a place like this. Bunhilde, get him a drink, would you?”
22
Bunny Club
One of the peppy golden-haired girls headed for the bar without complaint. “Stupid name, but she’s hot so I don’t care,” Alex said. “Come on, you’re not really sick, are you? If you make me leave, I’ll never forgive you.” Jarrod leaned close, hoping the music and other distractions were enough to keep his words from the three lingering females. “We’ve got to get out of here, these chicks aren’t right. One of them just killed a guy in the other room and it’s going to get bad here in a minute.” “Shit you say.” Alex finally turned away from the bouncing breasts, his eyes wide. “Like dead?” “Yeah. This is some fucking murder racket. They’re probably out to kill guys and steal their money.” Alex looked longingly at the women who continued dancing. Across the bar, a blonde bunny and a sensual brunette kissed and stroked each other, drawing the attention of every man in the place. The bunny’s bra unclipped and the brunette drew it down the petite woman’s arm, twirling the scrap of lace twice before letting it fly and returning her mouth to the exposed flesh. Jarrod could have watched all day if he hadn’t just seen their sisters kill some guy and then fuck his corpse. They had to go. “They killed him, Alex. I saw him die. We have to go.” “Damn it. Hey, Fluffy,” Alex called and the braless, dancing bunny turned toward him. “My cousin has explosive diarrhea. I need to drive him home.” Jarrod rolled his eyes as she recoiled in surprised disgust. Alex would pick the most disgusting thing he could think of, but maybe it would help them escape. Fluffy looked around the club. “Um, let me find Trixie. Stay here.” Jarrod had no intention of staying. As soon as Fluffy walked away, leaving her bra behind, he grabbed Alex and bolted for the door. He didn’t know where exactly they

were going, the hall nondescript and too dark to see much. They stumbled through the hall, passing two other rooms filled with women and dazed men. Giggles exploded from a side room and Jarrod grabbed Alex, pulling him into the deeper shadows of the hall. The smooth walls didn’t provide much to blend into, but he hoped their dark clothes and the lack of light camouflaged them. A brunette with her hair high in a sexy beehive sauntered by without shoes with a blonde bunny hooked around each arm. “I love when the men come after eating at the steakhouse on Fifth Avenue. I wonder what it is about the meat over there that gives their blood such a…punch.” “Oh, when I spoke to Ronnie he said they aged their steaks with some special seasoning. I’m so glad I’m a vegetarian. The thought of eating old meat is so creepy— but you sure don’t seem to have a problem, Mary.” Alex shivered beside him and Jarrod was glad his cousin finally understood how quickly the shit was rising. For how cute and sexy the women were, they were fucked up. “I don’t eat old meat, but the blood of a man of a certain age is decidedly sweeter than the junk pumping through the veins of some of the younger ones. At around fiftythree the blood starts carrying less air—do you think that’s why it tastes better? It’s concentrated just like the beef.” “You vampires. Yuck. No more blood talk. Let’s go find someone to sex up. If I don’t get a cock in me soon I’m going to start humping the wall. I swear, the full moon is hell on a bunny. Wolves have to howl and run, bunnies need to fuck. Are you up for another triple-team, Mary?” The brunette chuckled, her rich, deep voice warming the hall and calling to Jarrod in a very wrong way. Alex took notice as well and in a move Jarrod couldn’t believe, his cousin took a step out of the deepest shadows. Jarrod grabbed his arm and pulled him back. The women stopped and Jarrod’s stomach turned. If they saw them he didn’t know what would happen next. His heart 24

pounded so hard his ears rang from the pressure. Alex froze as well, like he finally understood how completely screwed they were. “Come on, it was nothing,” one of the bunny blondes said and tugged the other women along. “I saw a dirty old guy popping blue pills when he walked in. Let’s find him and get you some din-din while Sunny and I get our bunny on.” The brunette looked right at him and Jarrod was sure she would say something. His blood had to be the weak, crappy kind. He willed his blood to be like water. There was no way in hell he could get his dick up, so he wasn’t of any use to the bunnies. He just wanted to go home and forget the night had ever happened. “Ooh, there he is in the bourbon room. Just look at him, Mary. He took at least three pills and I can smell the beef sweats from here. This is going to be good.” Finally the brunette turned away and followed the bunnies into yet another room. Curtains closed behind them and Jarrod blew out a breath. They were alive and still had a chance to stay that way. Jarrod stepped out from the shadows but stayed close to the wall, Alex at his back. Several more doors waited between them and what he hoped was the coatroom and one step closer to freedom. At each curtained door they passed, music poured out. Jazz, rock, classical, global—the variations spelled doom for an array of men. He imagined the rooms were full of men just like him. Men expecting a good time on a Friday night after a long work week, lulled by drinks, cigars and whatever else they wanted. And of course, the women out to suck them dry in more ways than one. Alex tapped his shoulder. “Jarrod, are we going to get out of here? If I die in a fucking sex club my mom will never forgive me.” “And knowing Aunt Annette she’d dig me up and smack me for corrupting her little boy. We’re going to get out of here. Where the hell is the coatroom?” They took a few more steps and Alex grabbed his elbow. “Here’s a door handle. Should I turn it?”

Jarrod reached back to where Alex stood. He found the handle, but hesitated. The coatroom had had a door, unlike most of the other rooms. That didn’t mean it was the only room with a door. Anything could be behind the wooden expanse. It could be a break room for bunnies between fucking. It could house more gorgeous vampire women waiting for a meal. More giants in pink suits waiting to serve men up on silver platters could congregate behind the door, just hoping some schmuck would go exploring. “We can’t just stand here,” Alex whispered. Jarrod nodded. Alex was right, but forcing the knob to turn was harder than stepping into the club had been. The knob moved under his hand and his stomach dropped as the door began to open to a room too dark to be the coatroom. He held his breath as he inched the door open. Strings of light on the ceiling illuminated the contents of the room in eerie contrast. His eyes, already adjusted to the dark, instantly found the bodies on the floor. For a hideous moment he thought they were dead, but then he realized they moved en masse. Dozens of bodies wriggled and touched, moans coming every so often. He thought they were all women, but even without clothes or cover, there were too many bodies to be sure. “Holy shit,” Alex’s words were barely a whisper. “It’s an orgy. An all-girl orgy.” Each brunette had at least two blondes kissing or sucking on them. Without clothes, the only thing blocking the round globes of boobs were beautiful heads. Though he looked he couldn’t see a single pussy but he was treated to the view of petite mouths covering and nuzzling between nearly every set of legs. He’d thought he was too afraid for his dick to engage, but he was wrong. “Are you sure they are bloodsucking whatevers?” Alex whispered. “I’m willing to chance it if you’ve got even a tiny doubt.” Jarrod felt the same way and took a small step into the room, waiting for one of the women to notice. From the corner, panting and pleasure squeals erupted. His gaze flew toward the sound and his dick twitched. A blonde bunny with amazing breasts lay on 26

her back, spread-eagle with another fair-haired woman licking her pussy. The second blonde’s ass worked from side to side, obviously enjoying what she feasted on. Above them squatted a naked brunette with her bare breasts held in her hands. She circled her nipples with blood-red nails, tweaking and pinching them as she rocked over the blonde’s face. With her head thrown back in pleasure, her moans and sighs said everything about how much she enjoyed the position. “Hey, get your fangs out of here.” Jarrod turned toward the shout and found a ripple in the sea of bodies. Yet another petite woman pushed up to her feet and scowled at a buxom brunette who wiped her mouth. “You know the rules, fang-girl. Only fucking—no sucking the bunnies.” “My fang slipped. I didn’t bite her, Coco.” The brunette looked around at the other women in the room, obvious nerves showing. “I swear. I know the rules and would never bite a bunny.” The bunny named Coco put her hands on her hips and the other bunnies did as well. The brunettes in the room stepped away from the one accused of biting. The sexy, sultry atmosphere shut down and the brunette looked around in panic. “I said I was sorry. It was an accident.” The bunnies surrounded the brunette and though Jarrod would have thought the vampire creature would have been stronger than the petite bunny things, he realized the woman was afraid. He took a step back and slowly drew the door closed, the sounds of screaming echoing even with the wood between them. Alex tugged his shirt. “Holy shit, let’s get out of here. I’d rather fuck ugly chicks than have sex with one of these hotties and die from it.” Jarrod nodded and though he didn’t know how many females were present at the Bunny Club, he hoped a good portion were busy in the fight they’d just left. He and

Alex hurried down the hall without any notion of where they were going, but praying for the door. They turned a corner and Jarrod’s foot caught. He flew forward and landed on his face. Alex cursed behind him, but didn’t follow. His cousin grabbed him by the back of his shoulders and pulled him to his feet. Jarrod reached toward the wall to balance himself and thanked his lucky stars when he felt the cool wood of a door. “This is it,” he whispered. “Are you sure? It could be another fucking room.” It could, but Jarrod knew they had to try. He’d lost track of time and had no idea how long they’d been inside the club or when the night would end for any of the guests who didn’t die. He didn’t want to be stuck inside at closing time. He found the doorknob and turned it. He held his breath as he pushed the door open an inch at a time. The familiar rope lights gave him hope they just might make it out. He pushed open the door and looked around, relieved no one occupied the room. Behind him, Alex tiptoed in. “Hurry the hell up,” Jarrod whispered, grabbing his shoes but not bothering to put them on. “These were expensive,” Alex griped and toed on his shoes. “I’m not leaving them behind. I can’t believe we’re leaving. This place is a cock’s dream. Are you sure they killed a guy?” “Yes,” Jarrod snapped. “Why the fuck would I lie? Hell, you saw how they turned on that chick for biting.” Alex nodded and grabbed his jacket from its hook. With their shoes and jackets in hand, Jarrod led the way to the exit, praying Gustavus would let them pass without trouble. He thought there were fewer shoes than when they’d first arrived, so he hoped that some people got out alive. Someone had to if they wanted the good rumors to

spread and draw in more unsuspecting morons. Jarrod prayed he got to be one of those morons who lived to see another day. A small, white bunny hopped into view. Jarrod jumped back. The creature looked up at him with the pink-red eyes so many of the rabbits he’d seen in his life possessed. A shiver ran up his spine as he stared into the critter’s gaze. He stepped away. “No way, they have actual rabbits here? Someone must have let their pet escape.” Alex tossed his jacket over his arm and reached for the rabbit. Jarrod grabbed Alex’s arm and pulled him away from the animal. “Leave it alone. Let’s go.” “When did you become such an asshole? We can’t just leave it—oh fuck.” Where the bunny had once sat, cute and docile, Trixie appeared, shaking out her miniskirt. Jarrod’s instincts screamed to run, but she blocked the exit. The other door led to rooms filled with blonde bunnies and… “Vampires,” Trixie said. Bile rose and Jarrod thought he might puke. Was the little woman in his head? “Just a little, Jarrod, but don’t worry. We’re just harmless, horny werebunnies and sexy, hungry vampires. Isn’t that a fabulous combination?” “Um, yeah, whatever you say. We’re leaving,” Alex said. “Thanks for inviting us but we’ve got no intention of dying here.” She shook her head and gave a condescending little smile. “Oh boys, do you really think you can leave? What part of werebunnies and vampires don’t you understand? The moon is full and my sisters need to be satisfied or all hell will break loose. Go back inside and be fucked and sucked like good humans. Trust me, you’ll die smiling.” Jarrod stepped back, tripping over his feet. On the floor, his hand connected with a high-heeled shoe. Red stones decorated the strips of leather attached to a thin but strong spike. The stiletto gave him an idea. He wrapped his hand around it before pushing to his feet, careful to keep the shoe out of sight.

“We won’t say anything.” Alex held his hands up in surrender, his escalating desperation showing in the waver of his voice. “Of course you won’t. You’ll be dead.” Trixie clapped her hands, but her jovial tone didn’t take away from the seriousness of her words. “Don’t make me call Gustavus.” A scuffle started at the door leading to the club. Jarrod looked over his shoulder for a split second, but kept his focus on Trixie. Dusty stepped in, complaining and whining again. “Jessica, you let him get away! I was thinking about keeping him.” Trixie turned toward the sound of Dusty’s voice. Jarrod sprang, jumping on the distracted werebunny and cracking her on the side of the head with the heel of the shoe. It felt wrong to hit a woman but he’d seen firsthand the damage her kind caused. If Trixie didn’t get him, Jessica the vampire would. It was fight or die. Jarrod turned his grip on the shoe and smacked Trixie again. Blood spurted from the wound above her ear and she screamed, but he drew back his arm and struck a third time. Alex launched over them, grabbing Jarrod by the arm and pulling him through the doorway before he could get in a fourth strike. “Fuck, do you still have the shoe?” Alex ran in front, slamming through the open door. “Yeah, I’ve got it.” “Good, we’ll need it for Gustavus. There he is.” The large man in pink stood like a wall between them and the outside world. The main door was within sight, the sidewalk and freedom just beyond it. Gustavus unfolded his arms, but Jarrod had no intention of letting the other man detain him. Hoping to capitalize on surprise, Jarrod didn’t slow in his run, just attacked. He turned the shoe once more, letting the spike do the talking with the huge man’s fleshy cheek. Gustavus howled, jerked, and covered his cheek.

Alex ran around to Gustavus’ left and kicked the side of his knee, sending him to the floor. Only the lobby remained, but they made it through without opposition. They ran toward the door, the decrepit EXIT sign lighting their way. Screams came from behind them, but nothing else blocked their way. Jarrod grabbed the doorknob and pushed the door open. Alex barreled past him and Jarrod nearly tripped over the doorway. He caught his balance and stumbled out into the cool night air. Eerie silence surrounded them outside, no signs of the horrors within tainting the spring night. Jarrod ran at a dead sprint, the instinct to put as much room between them and the club spurring him faster than he’d ever moved in his life. Alex kept pace beside him, his more bulky cousin showing no signs of fatigue even after they’d gone three blocks. Jarrod chanced a glance over his shoulder but didn’t slow. Nobody followed but he didn’t ease up until they’d put five blocks between them and the club. Jarrod slowed and looked back a second time. The empty streets showed no signs of bunnies or women. He turned another corner with Alex and stopped when his cousin grabbed his arm. “Holy shit. We made it. I can’t believe we made it past them. Did you see that bunny turn into a chick? And vampires?” Alex panted. “No one is going to believe us.” Jarrod looked left and right and walked back to the corner. A car approached, but still no women. He grabbed Alex and pulled him into the shadows. His heart pounded and it had nothing to do with the running and everything to do with whom, or what, drove the car. The black and white of a police car showed in the streetlight and Jarrod sagged against the wall in relief. He stepped out and flagged down the car. The cruiser pulled to the curb and Alex ran to it. Jarrod realized he still carried his shoes and cell phone. He wouldn’t need the phone if the police were already involved. With Alex talking to the cop, he felt safe enough to slip his sore feet into his loafers.

He didn’t know how they’d survived. If Alex could get the cop’s help, maybe the rest of the men in the club would survive. They’d have to call in the military or some sort of task force equipped to deal with…whatever the hell the creatures were. Jarrod didn’t care what they had to do, as long as he and Alex got away with their lives. He stood and rubbed his neck. Just the thought of the creature’s fangs in his skin made him ache. He needed a drink, a huge one, once he got home and locked the door. And put a chair in front of it. “Alex, I’m ready to get the hell out of here. What did the cop say?” Jarrod looked up and froze when he saw Alex in the clutches of a tiny blonde woman in a police uniform. He grabbed his phone from his pocket, hitting the emergency autodial as his mind raced. They weren’t that far from downtown. If he could get there, maybe he could find help. Jarrod turned to run and found himself nose to nose with Jessica, her once-beautiful smile grotesque with her canines showing. “Oh Jarrod, did you really think you could run? Don’t worry, this won’t hurt a bit.”
